A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING
Good questions.
Simple answers.
What makes nagping different from a normal reminder?+
A reminder can nudge you again until you act. Choose one alert or repeat nudges every 1, 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Complete it when you’re done, or snooze for 1 minute, 5 minutes or 1 hour. Quiet hours pause repeat nudges.
Does it work across my devices?+
Updated clients signed into the same account can share reminders, saved timers and timer actions, including start, pause, snooze and completion. Sync needs a connection. Suspended or offline devices may still show a previously scheduled alert until they catch up. Native apps are currently in preview.
Will reminders work when my browser is closed?+
Browser reminders need nagping open and the device awake. Browser throttling can delay alerts. The native mobile apps support local notifications, subject to device permissions, platform limits and settings.
Can an important reminder ring in silent mode?+
The iPhone preview includes an optional alarm mode on supported iOS 26+ devices using Apple AlarmKit. It needs your permission and an audible sound. Ordinary notifications respect Silent and Focus settings. iOS controls background alarm volume; this is not a browser feature.
Can I use Siri or the Action button?+
The iPhone preview includes App Shortcuts. You can set up a shortcut that dictates text and passes it to nagping’s “Create reminder from spoken request” action, then assign that shortcut to your Action button. Unlocking or opening nagping may be required. A generic “set an alarm” command still uses Apple’s alarm app.
How do shared lists work?+
Create a list on the web and invite people using their account email. They choose whether to accept. Accepted members see shared reminders, while snooze, completion and sound preferences remain personal. Completing your reminder doesn’t complete everyone else’s copy.
Can I snooze a countdown or count-up?+
No. These track a date or milestone, so snoozing would change what they mean. A countdown can have an optional finish alert. Count-ups stay silent. Reminders and timers support snooze.
Do I need an account to try it?+
You can explore the web app in guest mode. Guest items stay in that browser. Sign in with an email code to sync your account, then choose whether to import your own guest items. You can also export your data from Settings.
How does annual pricing work?+
The announced annual price is $60 USD or €60 EUR billed once a year — equivalent to $5 or €5 a month. Monthly pricing is $7 or €7, which totals $84 or €84 over twelve months. Annual billing saves $24 or €24. Paid checkout is not available yet.
